FAQs

What do I need to bring to class?

Depending on the service booked, and other than your lovely self, you may like to bring your own mat, props and anything else to ensure the best possible practice. We do offer mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets to make your experience in the space extra special, should you need. We love the fact that your time with us can be customised to your needs, so you can both borrow from us, and bring your own - it really is up to you!

When should I arrive for class?

We recommend arriving at class around ten minutes before it is due to start. This means you can take your time in setting up your space to practise and gives you the opportunity to connect with yourself and others if you wish. We are conscientious of each and every yogi, and will lock the doors at the specific start time to ensure no disruptions to the scheduled class. Please arrive on time.

What if there is a class before mine and the doors are still locked?

Our doors are locked from the beginning to end of each scheduled class. Sometimes classes will run back to back, but the teacher will open the doors in time to let the previous yogis out and the next ones in, ready to set up for the next class! So as not to disrupt the yogis in the class before you, please do not knock or try to open the door.

Where do I put my belongings?

There are cubby holes available in the reception area for you to make use of. Please ensure your phones and watches are switched to silent before placing them away.

I’m a newbie to yoga. Is this the space for me?

This is the place for everybody, with every body. You are welcome here no matter your age, fitness level or yoga experience. If you are unsure which class suits you, please don't hesitate in checking out our teacher and class descriptions on our website.
